Well , we weren't running, but we did hike up the Goat Trail

with our little Scottie yesterday - a near vertical ascent for a while, then it levels out onto a pretty good trail.  The views are darn near infinite once you get up high and turn around.  Easy to imagine the old Western Interior Seaway that used to exist a while back.  After that, we went around Boulder County distributing Freedom Magazines and ended the day with some Dill Pickle Popcorn from Trader Joe's (sorry, no link).   Great day in a place with inexhaustible beauty.
