Our business is somewhat seasonal and we're in our Mabon or Mean'n Fo'mhari or Winter Finding dip. (I'm not a Wiccan or Druid or Teutonic but thought these other names for the Equinox are cool). We been going like mad for months now and now we're getting organized a little. One thing my son suggested is to use The Basics of Organizing. One exercise we've been doing is to sort out all the different jobs that we do. Some go by unnoticed, but are really necessary.
