Obey the Scottie

Today in the life of this Scientologist:

Since I quit my last job and the new one doesn't start for a couple of weeks, I had time to monitor the illegal use of our parking space at our rental condo. Unfortunately, a low rider pickup truck with a lawn mower in the back was there. I left a note that threatened towing and left. A few hours later, after dropping my son off at work, I saw that the truck hadn't moved and so I called the towing company whose signs are posted all over the parking lot. Wouldn't you think that the towing company would be able to send a truck that would fit through the entrance of the parking lot? No, not in this case. An hour later, I left, but only after getting my hands on some nifty "Final Notice...You will be towed at your own expense!!" signs from an HOA board member's husband. They take some time to peel off the windshield (from what I've heard.)

That was the big adventure. The only other things of note that this Scientologist did today were: fix meals, run errands, answer our business phones, take the dogs for rides (2), play with said dogs, and waste time on the internet. Tonight I'm going to listen to a tape of a lecture by L Ron Hubbard, watch the Dog Whisperer and Monk.
